Designed for intimate gatherings and private evenings with a focused guest list, Harbor Entry delivers the full quality of the Crown Harbor Club standard in a compact format. One or two tables, a professional host team, and an event coordinator who ensures everything runs to the detail your evening requires.
Ideal for private dinners, intimate receptions, and milestone celebrations where the guest experience is the priority and the group is small enough that every person at the table matters individually.

Signature Club Night
The complete Crown Harbor Club evening experience.
The Signature Club Night is the format that most fully realises what Crown Harbor Club delivers. Multiple tables running simultaneously, a full host team managing the room dynamic, and an evening that develops its own energy as guests move between tables and find the format that suits them best.
With two to four tables in play, the room takes on the quality of a well-managed private members' floor. The variety of formats means that every guest has a natural entry point — and a reason to return. It is the package we most often recommend for private receptions, corporate dinners, and wedding afterparties.

Crown Collection
A fully tailored engagement, delivered at the highest standard of Crown Harbor Club.
The Crown Collection is not a package in the conventional sense — it is a commission. We work directly with the host or event team to design an evening that is specific to the occasion, the venue, and the guest profile. No two Crown Collection engagements are identical.
Eight or more tables. A full specialist hosting team. Custom styling, coordinated branding, bespoke floor design, and a dedicated senior coordinator who manages the room from the first setup through to close-down.
This is the level for large corporate galas, significant private events, brand launches, and landmark occasions where the quality of the evening is itself part of the statement.

Crown Collection engagements benefit from a minimum 6-week planning lead. For events with custom branding requirements, we recommend 8+ weeks. Early enquiry ensures the best outcome.
