These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Crown Harbor Club website at CrownHarborClub.com and the event services we provide. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of This Website

The Crown Harbor Club website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate enquiries about our event services. You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality, or interfere with any other party's use of it.

All content on this website — including text, images, design, and brand elements — is the property of Crown Harbor Club and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without our prior written consent.

2. Service Enquiries and Proposals

Submitting an enquiry through our website does not constitute a booking or binding agreement. A formal engagement is only established upon the execution of a written service agreement or booking confirmation issued by Crown Harbor Club, accompanied by any required deposit or payment as specified therein.

We reserve the right to decline any enquiry at our discretion, including but not limited to cases where availability does not permit acceptance, where the proposed event does not meet our service parameters, or where we determine that the engagement is not suitable for our services.

3. Service Delivery

Crown Harbor Club will deliver the services described in the agreed service proposal or booking confirmation. We will use reasonable endeavours to provide the number of tables, hosts, and service duration specified. In the event of circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including but not limited to force majeure events, venue access issues, or significant changes to the event parameters — we will communicate promptly and work with the client to find an appropriate solution.

All game activities provided by Crown Harbor Club are conducted on a purely social basis. No real money or items of monetary value are exchanged during or in connection with game table activities. Chip allocations are provided as a social currency only and hold no cash or exchange value.

4. Client Obligations

As the client, you are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate event information at the time of booking
  • Securing all necessary venue permissions and insurances for the event
  • Ensuring the venue is accessible to our team for setup and clear-down within the agreed timeline
  • Informing us promptly of any changes to event details that may affect service delivery
  • Ensuring that guests are treated with respect by and toward our team members

5. Cancellation and Changes

Cancellation and change terms are specified in the individual service agreement or booking confirmation. Where applicable, cancellation fees may apply depending on the notice period given and the costs already incurred by Crown Harbor Club in preparing for the event. We will always communicate these terms clearly before a booking is confirmed.

6. Limitation of Liability

Crown Harbor Club's liability to you in connection with any engagement is limited to the value of the service fees paid for that specific engagement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including but not limited to reputational damage, loss of business, or disappointment arising from events outside our reasonable control.

7. Intellectual Property

The Crown Harbor Club name, logo, and all associated brand materials are proprietary. Use of our brand identity for any purpose without our express written consent is prohibited.

8. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable territory as specified in your service agreement.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the website following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
